Danny Zoutendyk
Danny Zoutendyk is a Cyber Forensics Analyst at FACTS Consulting, a South African firm specializing in forensic technology and data analytics. Since joining the company in 2024, he has worked extensively with large-scale data management, secure storage environments, and encryption workflows. His role includes supporting complex forensic and eDiscovery matters through the handling, organization, and protection of high-volume datasets, while also assisting with investigations within the Cyber Department.
Before moving into cyber forensics, Danny spent 13 years in the film and post-production industry, working as a cinematographer, camera operator, video editor, and digital imaging technician. His experience managing large volumes of media and data in fast-paced production environments gave him a strong foundation in data workflows and storage management, which naturally led to his interest in data security, encryption, and digital forensics. He combines technical problem-solving with a practical, hands-on approach to supporting forensic and investigative work at FACTS Consulting.
